Vaginal Tightening In Dubai

Vaginal Tightening in Dubai is a modern aesthetic and functional treatment that aims to improve the strength, elasticity, and overall tone of vaginal tissues, particularly in women who have laxity due to childbirth, aging, or hormonal changes. The procedure is intended to restore natural tightness and improve intimate comfort, confidence, and overall well-being. It is commonly performed with non-surgical technologies such as laser or radiofrequency energy, which gently heat the vaginal tissues to stimulate collagen production and natural tissue remodeling. Minimally invasive options may be recommended in some cases, depending on the severity of laxity and the patient’s specific goals. These treatments are quick, comfortable, and usually require little to no downtime, allowing patients to resume their normal activities soon after the session. As new collagen forms, the vaginal walls gradually improve over the next few weeks, becoming firmer and more elastic. Some patients may also notice increased lubrication and relief from mild urinary incontinence. A thorough consultation with a qualified specialist is required to assess suitability and tailor the treatment plan for safe and effective outcomes. The Perfect Doctors Clinic offers the best Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai for vaginal tightening, with Dr. Perfect Celebrity providing advanced, discreet, and patient-centered care for natural-looking and long-lasting rejuvenation results.

Straight Answers To A Straightforward Question

Have you had a baby (or babies)? Sex is different after childbirth. Loose, lax, less friction. Openings sag and look “old.” Is it harder for you to orgasm with gusto? In view of a procedure to โ€œ… improve things?โ€ Are you confused by the terms: Vaginal Rejuvenation; Vaginoplasty; Vaginal Reconstruction; Perineoplasty; Laser tightening; Radiofrequency (RF) tightening; magnets and other toys to tighten…?!

Letโ€™s get rid of the wheat from the chaffโ€ฆ seriouslyโ€ฆ So-called vaginal tightening procedures. They can be divided into surgical vs. non-surgical. Whatโ€™s the difference?

Non-Surgical procedures are done with what are called โ€œEnergy-Based Devices,โ€ or EBDs. There are 3 main types of these devices: laser, RF (radiofrequency) and magnet based devices such as Emsella. All need 4+ separate trips to the Clinic, cost ~ the same and have similar outcomes. The facility will tell you that whatever device your local plastic surgeon or gynecologist has purchased is the “best one on the market.” or MedSpa has purchased is the “best one on the market.” You can bet on that. EBDs require very little training (“…just follow the instruction book…”) and may be performed by a clinician not trained in surgical tightening and even by just a nurse or technician. While these techniques have proven to be of decent help with mild to modest urinary incontinence, and can be used in post-menopausal women to enable the vaginal skin to stretch better and become more resilient, they in no way narrow the vaginal caliber, tighten the fascia, re-connect the muscles, remove scar tissue, rebuild and strengthen the vaginal opening, vulvar vestibule and perineum, or change the appearance of the vaginal opening or perineum. BUT, laser and RF devices do โ€œrejuvenateโ€ by increasing the amount of elastin and collagen fibers in the skin. If beauty were only skin deep, or if vaginal tightening could be achieved simply by making the vaginal skin a bit more stretchy, then these techniques would be adequate for tightening. But, unfortunately, they are not and are usually used for vaginal tightening only by those providers who have not yet learned the skill of surgically tightening the vaginal barrel. They are, however, legitimately used in conjunction with surgical tightening to aid in urinary incontinence problems.

The best surgical procedures for vaginal tightening are usually done by a Gynecologist or Urogynecologist who has also been trained specifically in vaginal tightening (vaginal reconstruction or vaginoplasty) in either a specialized training program or has trained themselves by doing dozens and dozens of these surgeries. This is an art that involves a mindful aesthetic repair of the opening and is far removed from the typical โ€œPosterior Repairโ€ or โ€œA&P Repairโ€ performed by general Gynecologists or Urogynecologists. Certainly more work with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will add both strength and length to the specialized surgical work.

Now where do you get such a specialist surgeon? A very occasional P.S. (Plastic Surgeon) has been trained to work deep inside the vagina, but this type of surgery is really the province of Gynecologic or Urogynecologic surgeons. But only a few of these surgeons have either spent years and years mastering their technique or have been specifically trained by one of the acknowledged trainers for these [tightening] techniques worldwide. Dr. Perfect Celebrity in Dubai has been training surgeons for approx. 6 years, and Dr. Perfect Celebrity in Dubai has been training for approx. 3 years. I and Dr. Perfect Celebrity in Dubai have had occasional Fellows that we have trained. So the consumer needs to do her โ€œdue diligenceโ€ very, very carefully looking at surgeon websites to see how much experience, training and specific interest he or she has in the specialty of vaginal tightening.

The question today is a very good one, what is the best anaesthetic technique to perform a vaginoplasty / vaginal reconstruction / vaginal tightening procedure. While traditionally performed under โ€œgeneralโ€ (asleep) anesthesia in a hospital or surgical center, beginning ~ 11 years ago, Dr. Perfect Celebrity in Dubai, followed a year later by Dr. Perfect Celebrity to the north in Dubai, began performing these procedures in their clinic surgical suites under โ€œlocalโ€ (awake) anesthesia and until recently were the only surgeons in Dubai, and perhaps the world, performing true, complete vaginal tightening on an awake patient. Now some of Dr. Perfect Celebrityโ€™s trainees are beginning to work under local anesthesia. Personally, I like local anesthesia over general/asleep for several reasons. New instrumentation now allows for the exposure and the ability to adequately perform the work, whatever the anesthesia. Local anesthesia is certainly easier on the body, and the recovery far simpler. Also, doing surgery under โ€œlocalโ€ eliminates the big added costs of clinic or surgical center, and a separate anesthesiologistโ€™s fee. Personally, the biggest benefit to me for โ€œlocalโ€ is that I can do a better job of reconnecting the muscles and tightening the vaginal barrel under local. This is due to one of the risks of vaginoplasty (which is actually a โ€œlevatorplasty,โ€ in which the levator, aka โ€œKegelโ€™s,โ€ muscles are re-approximated in the midline in the vaginal floor to both support, buttress, and narrow the mid-vagina. The danger with this particular procedure performed on a sleeping patient is that one of the nerves will get trapped in these muscle bundles, causing what is known as โ€œlevator spasm,โ€ which causes chronic pain in the vaginal floor. For this reason, โ€œtraditionalโ€ Gyn or Urogyn surgeons working in a clinic on an asleep patient will not perform a true, aggressive vaginal tightening operation consisting of levator muscle re-approximation. However, if done under โ€œlocalโ€ on an awake patient, the surgeon can be more aggressive in the tightening. If a nerve is temporarily caught in this situation, the patient will immediately feel it and have pain and will let the surgeon know so that (s)he can immediately remove and replace the suture, which will result in a better-performed, tighter and more complete reconstruction.

Hopefully you are now well educated and can make an informed decision regarding the type of procedure best for you personally to result in more vaginal friction and a more enjoyable sex life!

Vaginal tightening is a modern aesthetic and functional procedure that restores the firmness, elasticity, and strength of vaginal tissues that have loosened due to childbirth, aging, hormonal changes, or other natural causes. Many women develop vaginal laxity over time, which can impact physical comfort, intimacy, and self-esteem. A vaginal tightening procedure aims to improve these concerns by stimulating collagen production and strengthening the vaginal walls using advanced medical technologies. Depending on the patientโ€™s needs, the treatment may be non-surgical, such as laser or radiofrequency-based procedures, or in some cases minimally invasive techniques may be recommended for more significant laxity. Non-surgical vaginal tightening procedures are particularly popular because they are quick, comfortable, and require little to no downtime, allowing patients to resume normal daily activities shortly after treatment. During the procedure, controlled energy is delivered to the targeted tissues, which triggers a natural healing response in the body, leading to gradual tightening and improved tissue tone over time. Results typically develop over several weeks as collagen remodeling continues, enhancing both strength and elasticity. In addition to tightening effects, some patients may also experience improvements in mild urinary incontinence and overall vaginal dryness, contributing to better intimate health and well-being. A thorough consultation with a qualified specialist is essential before undergoing treatment to ensure suitability, discuss expectations, and create a personalized care plan.
