How Paying with Tabby or Tamara Works
1. Book your consultation. Your doctor examines you, plans your treatment with you and gives you its price.
2. Choose Tabby or Tamara when you pay. Tell our team which service you prefer and confirm it on your phone.
3. See your plan. The instalments and their dates are shown to you before you agree.
4. Pay the first instalment and begin. Your treatment goes ahead, and the remaining instalments follow on their dates.
Pay with Tabby
Split your payment into 4 payments with no interest and no fees, or spread a larger treatment over up to 12 monthly payments, where a service fee may apply. You link a debit or credit card you already have, and Tabby is regulated by the UAE Central Bank.
Pay with Tamara
Split your payment into up to 4 payments with no late fees, under terms that are Sharia compliant, and manage every instalment in the Tamara app.

Does Perfect Doctors Clinic offer bank loans or its own financing?
No. Tabby and Tamara are the only ways to pay in instalments at the clinic; it does not arrange bank loans or financing of its own.
Who decides whether my plan is approved?
Tabby or Tamara, not the clinic. Each decides the plan and the amount it covers from its own checks; Tabby, for example, asks that you are 18 or over, with a valid ID, a debit or credit card and a good credit history.
Do I have to pay in instalments?
No. Tabby and Tamara are there if you would like to spread the cost; you can also pay the full amount.
